These are the words I live by. Ones that have seen me through tough times and words that I live into every day. I strongly believe that most of the time, we are limited by ourselves rather than external factors. We have to look within ourselves for the strength, resilience, persistence and compassion to achieve great things in our lives. The health and fitness of our bodies and mind play a huge role in achieving these characteristics.
After spending two years with London Wasps Rugby Club I studied Strength & Conditioning at St Mary's University in London, combined that with the BTN Nutrition Academy Qualification, a Diploma in Elite Athlete Development (rugby) and over 10 years experience working with a range of clients from all over the world.
A book or course can tell you so much. But it's the application of that knowledge in a variety of situations, taking into account multiple factors, to deliver it at the right time, to the right person, to give the right result. That is what makes a good Coach.
I've been fortunate to work with male and female clients from 18-75 years, varying backgrounds, abilities, injuries and goals. I've done this through 1-1 Personal Training, large Bootcamps, F45 Group Training and Online Coaching for clients from America to Australia.
I want to normalise mental and physical health, so it is just as cool to develop mental strength as physical. I created Endeavour to bring together Food, Movement and Mindset into one easy to use platform, that can impact millions of men to live longer, healthier and happier lives. My goal is to remove the stigma of mental health and stereotype of masculinity.
